Classifying Text using Pre-trained Classifiers

The defined Models can be further used to predict a set of content.

  1. Navigate to Smart Bot > Classification > Text Classification.

The Text Classification page displays two tabs namely Dataset and Model.

  1. Open the Model page.
  2. From the Action column, click for classifying the text from the trained model. A new window is  displayed with the selected Text Classifier name. 

  1. You can enter the text in the input box or upload a file containing text. The supported file types are .txt, .doc, .docx and .pdf.
  2. Click Predict.

The Smart Bot will predict the text and provide the predicted classes along with the confidence scores. The value of the confidence score is between 0 and 1. A higher confidence score indicates a higher degree of certainty of the predicted class.
